How To Move Overseas

Can anyone believe that it’s 4 years since I made the decision to leave the UK and head to teach English in China for 6 months? No, neither can I.
Look where that simple decision has taken me over these years. But, let’s not just hear from me:

Hey there, fans of Further Adventures of Bennett! This is Brendan from New Life ESL. Derrick from New Life ESL wrote this awesome piece on how to move overseas and we’d like to share it with you. Yeah, you!!

Having been expats for a number of years, Derrick hits a home run with this awesome list on what to do to prepare you for your new life abroad. Be sure to share it with your friends. Thanks so much. Enjoy!

  1. Wow Sarah, 4 years already, you’ve certainly had some amazing adventures.

It looks like Derrick has provided a great resource here and that is an impressive list of cities to get a posting to.

This kind of brings back memories of my 17 months posting overseas, although that was in Saudi Arabia as opposed to China. I was grateful to have the backing of a multi-national employer to help me along. It certainly made things a lot easier for me.
