Funny Picture Of The Day

Further to my investigative work yesterday, here is another little mileage fact. It’s 335miles to Oakland Road from my house. Therefore it would take a trip to Newcastle and back twice, (plus a little way back to Newcastle), to get the same distance it is from Ordos to Zhangzhou. China is massive and comparing it to distances at home makes it easier to gauge the size for me:

Bourton to Newcastle

Ordos to Zhangzhou

I also found some passable bacon today, yippee! Made myself a BLT baguette to celebrate, as Wallmart also do French sticks, which, unlike the other bread in China, isn’t slightly sweet. The bacon however, provides us with the funny picture of the day:

Elaborate bacon?

When has bacon ever been elaborate?
